If you accept analytics, we measure pages viewed, approximate location (country/region from a truncated IP), device type, browser and referral source with Google Analytics 4: IP anonymized, advertising features off. Where an app offers accounts (Keen Eye, Keen Ear), they store your email, name, age and a salted PBKDF2 password hash on your device; passwords are never stored in plain text and never sent anywhere. Keen Grid has no accounts at all. Audio enhancement, the live coach, and Keen Grid's photo analysis, cropping, correction and export all run on-device; exported photos are copies and your originals are never modified. When you request an AI result, only what that result needs is sent: in Keen Eye, the photo or clip you submit for critique, mission validation or a reel analysis; in Keen Ear, the on-device transcript and measured metrics of a freestyle take, never the audio; in Keen Grid, the photos of the dump you ask the optional AI pass to finish. These requests travel over TLS to our AI service, are used only to produce your result, are not used to identify or profile you, and are not used to train models. The free tiers of Keen Eye and Keen Ear show non-personalized Google AdMob interstitials; any paid plan removes them. In-app analytics are anonymous and aggregate. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
Processors under Art. 28 terms: Apple (App Store subscriptions), Anthropic (the AI results you request), Cloudflare (our AI proxy and hosting) and our other hosting providers; Google Ireland Ltd for consent-gated web analytics, and for AdMob advertising in the free tiers, where Google acts as an independent controller. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Web analytics retain up to 14 months; app data lives on your device until you delete the account or the app; AI requests are processed transiently.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You may complain to your supervisory authority or Estonia's Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
The Services are for ages 13+. If we materially change this policy we say so here and update the date. Silent edits are not our style.

Your photos, videos and audio are yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the Services (for example, processing a photo you submit for critique or an AI finish). We do not use your work for advertising or model training. Keen Grid exports are copies; your originals stay untouched. The curriculum, lessons, exams, coaching logic, curation logic, designs, brand and software are ours or our licensors' and are protected by IP law.
No unlawful content, no breaking or probing our systems, no circumventing subscription gates, no bulk automated access, no using AI features for anything but your own creative work.
AI critique, coaching scores and AI finishing are automated creative feedback: useful, sometimes wrong, never a guarantee of success, and never the basis of a decision with legal effect on you.
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent the law permits, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited (intent, gross negligence) or EU consumers' statutory rights.
